Every company isolated from the others

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to try it?+
Not for the free plan: it asks for no card and it isn't a trial that expires. To try a paid plan you get 7 days, and there a card is asked for upfront — billing only starts when the trial ends, and cancelling before that costs nothing. If you cancel, the account goes back to the free plan with all your data in place.
Does Dayall Sys issue tax invoices?+
Not yet. The system issues receipts and non-fiscal sales slips, which serve as proof of sale. Brazilian electronic invoicing (NF-e and NFC-e) is on our roadmap and will be integrated with an authorised issuer.
Which computers does it work on?+
Any one with a browser and internet — Windows, Mac, Linux, tablet or phone. There is no program to install and no per-machine licence, and the data is the same on every device.
Do I need a special printer?+
No. The receipt prints on an 80mm thermal roll printer, the most common one in retail, but it also prints on an ordinary printer or becomes a PDF to send over WhatsApp.
Can I have more than one user?+
Yes. Each plan includes a number of users, and you decide what each person sees. A salesperson can be left without access to finance and reports, for example — permissions are adjustable item by item.
What if I want to cancel?+
Cancel whenever you like, from inside the system, with no penalty and no lock-in. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and you can export your data before leaving.
Is my data safe?+
It sits on cloud servers with automatic backup and encryption in transit. Each company is isolated from the rest, and access requires a login — nobody, not even another customer, sees your data.
